Why is the -s important?

📌 When to use Present Simple?
Use it for:

- Hechos universales: The sun rises in the east.
- Gustos y preferencias: She likes chocolate.
DO NOT use it for actions at this exact moment (that's Present Continuous: I am working now).
💡 Memory trick
Remember: "He-She-It takes an -S" — If the subject is he, she, or it, the verb takes -s. It's an English rhyme that will help you remember!
💡 In negative and interrogative with does/doesn't, the verb no takes -s.
